双向推力球轴承

    推力球轴承采用高速运转时可承受推力载荷的设计，由带有球滚动的滚道沟的垫圈状套圈构成。由于套圈为座垫形，因此，推力球轴承被分为平底座垫型和调心球面座垫型两种类型。另外，这种轴承可承受轴向载荷，但不能承受径向载荷。该种轴承的接触角为90度，只能承受单向轴向载荷，可以限制轴或者外壳一个方向的轴向位移，安装时轴和外壳孔的轴线不允许有倾斜。

组成

    双向推力球轴承包括一个轴圈、二个座圈和二个钢球-保持架组件。轴承是分离型的，各零件皆可以独立安装。双向轴承与单向轴承是使用相同的轴圈、座圈和钢球-保持架组件。

用途

    双向推力球轴承可以承受双向轴向负荷，并作为双向轴向定位，但绝不能承受任何径向负荷。

Double-Direction Thrust Ball Bearing

Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads even at high speeds. They consist of a washer-shaped ring with a raceway groove for the balls. Because the rings are seat-shaped, thrust ball bearings are classified into two types: flat seat pad type and self-aligning spherical seat pad type. Furthermore, this bearing can accommodate axial loads but not radial loads. With a contact angle of 90 degrees, this bearing can only accommodate unidirectional axial loads and limits axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction. During installation, it must not tilt relative to the shaft or housing bore axis.

Composition

Double-direction thrust ball bearings consist of a shaft washer, two seat washers, and two ball-cage assemblies. The bearings are separable, allowing each component to be installed independently. Double-direction bearings use the same shaft washer, seat washers, and ball-cage assemblies as single-direction bearings.

Applications

Double-direction thrust ball bearings can withstand bidirectional axial loads and serve as bidirectional axial positioning devices, but must not withstand any radial loads.
