CC type spherical roller bearing

Structure introduction: It adopts a steel plate stamping cage, which has a larger internal space than the CA type of the same specification, with a movable partition, and no inner ring flange.

Advantages and characteristics: Strengthened rolling elements, larger space for grease to work.

Application areas: steel plant equipment, cranes, port hoists, papermaking machinery, etc.

CC type: second-generation design structure, stamped steel plate cage, reinforced symmetrical rollers.

CC series spherical roller bearings belong to a category of spherical roller bearings. Spherical roller bearings are equipped with drum rollers between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceways.

The center of curvature of the outer ring raceway surface is consistent with the center of the bearing, so it has the same self-aligning function as the self-aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and the housing are bent, the load and the axial load in two directions can be automatically adjusted. The radial load capacity is large and it is suitable for heavy loads and impact loads.

The inner diameter of the inner ring is a tapered hole bearing, which can be installed directly. Or use a tight sleeve and a disassembly tube to install it on a cylindrical shaft. The cage uses a steel plate stamping cage, a polyamide forming cage and a copper alloy machined cage.

CC—The inner ring has no ribs, with a movable retaining ring, a stamped cage, and the roller and raceway are optimized to help guide the roller and reduce friction and heat

It can automatically align, mainly bear radial loads, and can also bear bidirectional axial loads. The ones with tapered holes can be installed on adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves, which makes it easy to install at any position on the optical axis or stepped shaft, and can also adjust the radial clearance of the bearing.

CC型:第二代设计结构,冲压钢板型保 持架,加强型对称滚子。

CC系列调心滚子轴承属于调心滚子轴承的一个分类,调心滚子轴承在有两条滚道的内圈和滚道为球面的外圈之间,装配有鼓形滚子的轴承。

外圈滚道面的曲率中心与轴承中心一致,所以具有与自动调心球轴承同样的调心功能。在轴、外壳出现挠曲时,可以自动调荷及二个方向的轴向负荷。径向负荷能力大,适用于有重负荷、冲击负荷的情况。

内圈内径是锥孔的轴承,可直接安装。或使用紧定套、拆卸筒安装在圆柱轴上。保持架使用钢板冲压保持架、聚酰胺成形保持架及铜合金车制保持架。

CC—内圈无挡边,带活动中挡圈,冲压保持架,滚子和滚道经优化设计的结构,有助于滚子引导,减少摩擦发热

K—圆锥孔,锥度1:12

W33—轴承外圈上有润滑油槽和三个油孔

TN—工程塑料成形保持架

能自动调心,主要承受径向载荷,同时也能承受双向轴向载荷。锥孔者,可装在紧定套或退卸套上,便于在光轴上或阶梯轴上任何位置安装,也可调整轴承的径向游隙。
