MB type spherical roller bearings

MB bearings are spherical roller bearings with fixed ribs. There are ribs on both sides of the inner ring, a fixed middle rib in the middle, two cages, and spherically symmetrical rollers. When the bearing is running, the middle rib cannot move axially, but it can guide the rollers well. When the bearing is under axial load, the load of the two rows of rollers cannot be adjusted, and it is easy for a single row of rollers to be stressed or stress concentration to occur. Although this structure has a tendency to be replaced by CC and CA bearings, it still has advantages in certain specific applications, such as those with large vibration loads.

MB型调心滚子轴承

MB型轴承为带固定挡边的调心滚子轴承，内圈两侧有挡边，中间有一个固定中档边，有两个保持架，滚子为球面对称滚子。轴承运转时，中挡圈虽然不能做轴向移动，但对滚子引导良好。当轴承在承受轴向载荷时不能调节两列滚子载荷，容易单列滚子受力或产生应力集中。该结构虽然有被CC、CA型轴承替代的趋势，但在某些特定的应用场合仍有优势，如振动载荷较大的场合。
