CA type spherical roller bearing

CA type: second generation design structure, machined brass integral cage, reinforced symmetrical roller, rated load is the same as CC type design, can be used with CC type.

CA type has two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis. It has good aligning performance. When the shaft is bent by force or installed eccentrically, the bearing can still be used normally. The aligning performance varies with the bearing size series. The generally allowed aligning angle is 1~2.5 degrees. This type of bearing has a large load capacity. In addition to being able to withstand radial loads, the bearing can also withstand bidirectional axial loads and has good impact resistance.

CA型调心滚子轴承

CA型：第二代设计结构，机加工黄铜整 体式保持架，加强型对称滚子， 额定负荷与CC型设计相同，可与CC型通用。

CA型有两列对称型球面滚子，外圈有一条共用的球面滚道，内圈有两条与轴承轴线倾斜一角度的滚道，具有良好的调心性能，当轴受力弯曲或安装不同心时轴承仍可正常使用，调心性随轴承尺寸系列不同而异，一般所允许的调心角度为1~2.5度 ，该类型轴承的负荷能力较大，除能承受径向负荷外轴承还能承受双向作用的轴向负荷，具有较好的抗冲击能力。
